Teaching with biblical precision, training pastors, and scouting new ground, while calling people to genuine repentance and true transformation rather than performance. They own spiritual accountability and Scripture engagement at the front lines, manage in country finances with integrity, and push into new frontiers, seeking to live it out daily in their own families and the churches they pastor, all of it to please Christ Jesus their Lord.
