Taught. Lived. Shared.
BUILT FOR THE INDIGENOUS CHURCH, NOT AROUND IT

SHEPHERD THE WORD
Shepherd the Word is our 11-month, accessible Bible training program that equips pastors and church ministry leaders in Biblical doctrine, pastoral ministry, and practical application.
“I realized I had been giving poison”—a pastor who resisted training opens Scripture for the first time and repents before his congregation.
We measure it in conviction.
MINISTRY OVERVIEW
Village pastors rarely have access to theological training due to social, economic, and geographic barriers, leaving them to teach from dreams and traditions.
Our goal is to ensure pastors have a real path to accessible training, regardless of where he lives or what he can afford.
Break All Barriers
Shepherd The Word is free training, taught in the local language, and hosted within the local community. No pastor has to travel across the country, qualify academically, or pay to take part. We remove every obstacle standing between him and sound theological training.
FOUNDATION BEFORE FORMATION
Held to a real standard, not simple attendance or knowledge transfer. This is relationship before curriculum, walking alongside a man rather than lecturing at him. Not everyone who enrolls graduates, because what we are building is conviction, not a certificate.
BUILT FOR REALITY
Food, housing, and a schedule that works with his existing livelihood, not against it. A pastor never has to choose between feeding his family and being trained to feed his church. The program moves around his life, his life doesn’t move around the program.
MINISTRY OUTCOMES
Pastors don’t just gain new skills, they gain new conviction, repenting of long carried sin and a new desire to steward truth.
Class participation, high-attendance and stating their own doctrine clearly are some of the graduation requirements.
Our strongest graduates go on as district ambassadors, carrying that conviction forward as they live missionally.
SEND THE WORD
Send the Word is our Scripture distribution and access program that places heart language Bibles directly into the homes of families whose pastors have faithfully completed Shepherd the Word.
"We do not freely give out Bibles to villages we have not trained." Bibles are only entrusted to a community once a pastor have completed training.
We bring it home.
MINISTRY OVERVIEW
Families sitting in a local church each week often have no Bible of their own, no way to test what they’re taught or grow in the Word for themselves.
Our passion is to ensure every family can hold the same Word their pastor now teaches, in the language they actually speak and pray in.
BIBLES IN HEART LANGUAGE
Printed and audio Scripture placed directly into the homes of families whose pastors have already completed Shepherd the Word. Every Bible arrives in the language a family actually speaks and prays in. No family receives Scripture they cannot understand or a pastor cannot help them read.
Never Ahead of Sound Teaching
Scripture only reaches a home once its pastor has been trained to teach it rightly. Access and faithful teaching always travel together, never one without the other. A Bible without a trained shepherd nearby is not the kind of access we are building toward.
Printed and Heard
Bibles are placed in print for those who read and in audio for those who cannot. No family is left out simply because they never learned to read. Every household that receives Scripture is in the form that actually reaches them.
MINISTRY OUTCOMES
Families that never held a Bible in their own language are now reading it together at home and the Word shapes daily life as as it does Sunday morning.
Even an elderly mother who cannot read can now recite gospel chapters by ear through Audio Bibles, proof that access was never meant to depend on literacy.
The Word is reaching households that distribution alone could never have reached.
SOUND THE WORD
Sound the Word is our community Scripture engagement program that carries the gospel audibly and visually into village life through Audio Bible Listening Groups and Gospel Film outreaches, hosted by the local church itself.
"I am doing this because of the modern method that God has introduced to me for sharing the gospel. The fire will burn the whole village through this program."
GROUPS SINCE 2025
Neither do we.
MINISTRY OVERVIEW
Across many villages, illiteracy is high and there is no reliable way for Scripture to travel beyond a single sermon, leaving fear of the supernatural to shape faith more than the Word of God.
Our mission is to ensure the gospel reaches villages by voice and by sight, regardless of whether anyone there can read.
Heard in the Local Church
Audio Bible Listening Groups are led only by leaders the local church has trained and holds accountable. Neighbors who would otherwise never hear Scripture read aloud are drawn into the gathering. The Word travels by voice into homes that literacy alone could never reach.
Seen Through Gospel Film
Gospel Film outreaches bring the life of Christ to entire communities at once, often for the first time. They are hosted by the local church itself, not by an outside team passing through. What is seen on screen is reinforced by a pastor who is already known and trusted.
BEYOND A DECISION
A pastor is present at every listening group and every film outreach. Anyone who responds is drawn straight into the life to he local church, so they can experience the love of God through covenant relationships.
MINISRY OUTCOMES
Neighbors who never read a page are now hearing every word together, gathering week after week to listen, to watch, and to believe, drawn into a local church that will walk with them for life.
And as the gospel is seen, not just heard, something shifts. Villagers watch Christ's life unfold on screen for the first time, and many are moved to make a declaration to follow Christ.

$40 / MONTH
Keeps a village pastor in accessible Biblical Training: meals, shelter, printed curriculum, and real, in person, localized discipleship, taught in his own heart language.
After 11 months, a stack of translated Bibles is entrusted to his church, and an Audio Bible Listening Group begins within the community, extending gospel impact from one pastor, to the members, and to the entire community for years to come.
